From Piraeus port to El. Venizelos on 27/5

*Please arrange your flight by arriving at El. Venizelos airport 3 hours before the departure of the boat (see section 05 for available boat itineraries)

05. Transfer to / from Hydra

TRANSFER TERMS

• Seats for the boat transfer from / to Hydra are reserved according to delegate's request stated in the registration form. Transfer cannot be guaranteed for delegates who have not clearly chosen any of the itineraries included in the section "transfer" of the Registration Form and submitted it to the registration office by 20.4.2022. From then on transfer is subjected to availability.
• Delegates can always contact "GS TRAVEL" travel agency (see section 07 for contact details) for their own travel arrangements (at their own cost).
• The trip duration is approx. 2 hours.

06. Fee & Payment Information

Registration Fee Includes:

• Hotel accommodation for 2 nights (in 25/5, out 27/5)
• Breakfast (on 26/5 & 27/5)
• Transfer by coach from El. Venizelos to Piraeus port on 25/5 and from Piraeus to El. Venizelos on 27/5
• Transfer by boat from Piraeus port to Hydra on 25/5 and Hydra to Piraeus port on 27/5 (on the specific itineraries mentioned on section 05 of the registration form)
• Conference session attendance
• Conference material
• Speakers’ presentations

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registration Office (hara.anesti@eaee.gr)
Cancellations before or by the 30th of April 2022 will be refunded by 50 %. Thereafter, we regret that no refund can be made.
Refunds will be effected after the event and within 1 month time.

06. Further Information

Covid 19 Safety

Pursuant to current governmental COVID 19 measures (Ministerial Decision No 23983/29.4.2022, Government Gazette B' 2137/30-04-2022), the 22nd Insurance & Reinsurance Meeting will take place under the physical presence of a predetermined number of delegates.

In case the State imposes a ban on conferences with physical presence due to anti-epidemic measures, the Meeting may be postponed/ cancelled, or may be held online.

For safety reasons of fellow delegates, all attendees are kindly requested to take a self-test within 24hrs of the day of departure (on 24 May) and only attend if the result is negative.

Foreign delegates may also be subject to current international travel guidelines/restrictions.

Any delegates that :

• are required to self-isolate, or
• are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (even if their lateral self-test is negative), or
• are having household members that have been tested positive,

should not attend.

The use of a mask is mandatory for all attendees in all indoor areas of the Meeting.

Eating is forbidden in the Meeting rooms.

HAIC is monitoring COVID-19 developments closely and reserves the right to change this access policy if requested to do so by the Greek authorities.

Visa Request

Please check with the Greek Embassy in your country whether a visa is required for your travel to Greece.
